Scenario-based training in election reporting for editors in Kasama

Through expert-led sessions, real case studies, and interactive discussions, participants gained deeper insight into key legislation affecting media practice, ethical considerations, and emerging digital governance issues

MISA Zambia conducted a two-day intensive training in Kasama aimed at enhancing the capacity of editors and key newsroom personnel on media laws and related regulatory frameworks.

This training was designed to deepen participants’ understanding of the legal environment in which the media operates, and to equip them with practical knowledge and skills to confidently navigate both the traditional and digital media landscape.

Through expert-led sessions, real case studies, and interactive discussions, participants gained deeper insight into key legislation affecting media practice, ethical considerations, and emerging digital governance issues.
