MISA Zambia has concluded a three-day advocacy capacity-building workshop for female human rights defenders, civil society organizations and media associations in Petauke. The workshop was aimed at equipping participants with knowledge to propel impactful advocacy in the interest of democracy strengthening in Zambia.
Among the topics discussed were strategy and tactic identification, message formulation and issue identification.
MISA Zambia is one of the local partners on the USAID Open Spaces Zambia (OSZ) Project. The USAID Zambia OSZ Project is funded by USAID Zambia and implemented by Internews Network Zambia in partnership with FHI 360.
