MISA Zambia announces the death of its Chairperson

MISA Zambia is saddened to announce the passing of the recently elected National Governing Council Chairperson Fr. Benedict Mwelwa Ng’andwe.
Fr. Ng’andwe was recently elected at the MISA Zambia Annual General Meeting held on 28th May 2021 in Lusaka and pledged among other things to take the institution to another level by growing its membership.
Fr. Benedict Mwelwa Ng’andwe passed on in the early hours of today in Kitwe after he collapsed at his home.
He was until his demise MISA Zambia Chairperson, Reverend Father of Our Lady of Africa Parish in Kitwe and also Chief Executive Officer of Radio Icengelo.
We shall greatly miss him for his dedication and contribution to the media and the church mother body at large.
MISA Zambia Management, staff and the general membership send condolences to Radio Ichengelo, the Diocese of Ndola and the general public.
